We had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend in St. George. We spent it with our in-laws. Got to see most of Shawn's siblings and their families. And the kids had a blast with their cousins. It was great to have the family together for those few days.
We had a traditional style dinner. Each family contributed a dish for the menu. We were fortunate to have leftovers to last through the weekend. Everything flowed perfectly. I also tried Tofurkey for the first time (we have a vegetarian in the family)...it was different.
We went on a hike to Emerald Pools in Zions National Park. The scenery was amazing and I hear it's even more beautiful and green during the summer.
I can't believe it's already December 4th. This year has flown by. But as I reflect on our Thanksgiving weekend I am grateful for this year. Another year to share with my beautiful little family.
